Zoe Doudous
Hey, I’m Zoe! I’ve been exploring movement and embodiment practices for over 20 years. This journey began with learning discipline through martial arts, fluidity through figure skating and dance, mobility and strength through yoga and climbing, play and creativity through contact improvisation and circus arts. These various disciplines have all allowed me to explore the strength of breath work and flow states as well as the importance of the mind-body connection for our well-being. I graduated from Clark University, double majoring in Psychology and Philosophy. Through my academic background I explored many of the modalities that contribute to mental health and wellness, with meditation being the subject of my senior capstone. I am a 550hour certified yoga teacher and trained as a stretch therapist during my time in Portland, Or. I studied Yin yoga with the incredible Bernie Clark and Diana Batts, Vinyassa and anatomy with YogaWorks and Arial Yoga with ULU yoga in Bali. I strive to take an integrative approach to wellness by using my multidisciplinary background and share the knowledge I’ve acquired over a lifetime of curious exploration.
