Come play and discover the extent of what your mind and body can do when they meet with intention. Whether we work together one-on-one, over Zoom, in a group class, or during a week-long intensive retreat, my goal is to meet you where you are and find the practice that suits you best so you can move toward your goals. As a dedicated yoga and movement instructor, I hope to guide you toward self-discovery by providing a safe space for you to explore what feels best. I teach from the perspective that no two bodies are exactly the same, and I encourage students to modify their practice intuitively as we strengthen this sense of awareness.
